Caption: The photo was made at Trafalgar Square in London -- a location with many fountains, sculptures, and great old buildings. Other than a few brightly colored raincoats and Union Jack decorated umbrellas, there was little in the way of color besides gray. Someone left their mid-day snack -- an orange -- at one of the fountains. To say the orange stood out like a beacon may be a slight overstatement, but not by much. It certainly did attract me. I circled it until I found the composition I liked and took the shot. Captured with a Canon EOS 5D.
